Abeja's SHIPPING and Order Policies
Wines may only be purchased, shipped and delivered to individuals 21 years of age and above. Your date of birth is required for verification.
Destination: It is your responsibility to provide the winery a current, valid shipping address (including a business name, if applicable). Wine deliveries typically occur during normal business hours and an adult must be available to sign for delivery, as federally required.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your projected shipping date. If you require a specific delivery date, please contact our team directly.
Carriers: Our wines ship via standard ground service by either UPS or FedEx. If shipping to a UPS or FedEx shipping center, you must include the business name and request the appropriate shipper. UPS will not deliver to FedEx, and vice versa. USPS does not ship wine or accept P.O. Box deliveries.
An unsuccessful delivery, reroute and/or reshipment will accrue additional shipping cost(s).
Weather Holds: In periods of extreme heat or cold, orders may be placed on weather holds to protect your wines and guarantee provenance. During these periods, expedited shipping and/or cold packs are available at an additional cost.
Will Call Pick Up
Will Call orders are available to pick up from Abeja's tasting room, by appointment only. Orders which are not picked up within six months will be shipped at an additional cost.
Cancellation and Returns
Shipping: After your wine ships, we are unable to accept returns, by law, unless the product is corked or flawed (evidence is requested). We are also unable to accept exchanges or returns of wine that was ordered in error.
Custom Allocations: Prior to each New Release, allocation members receive an email confirming their custom allocation along with a deadline to submit changes and a processing date for the Standing Order. Once the order is processed, changes and cancellations are no longer available. Some exceptions are considered within one week of the processing date.
Shipping orders: Sales tax is applied based on the destination state and zip code.
